Digital Line Art is nonrefundable. This digital product, as it is personalized and tailored to your preferences as soon as you order it, cannot be fully or partially refunded.
Add-ons are nonrefundable. So, the "priority design delivery" service cannot be fully or partially refunded.
Discounts are nonrefundable. This applies to used gift cards or any other form of discount.

We cannot cancel this service after purchasing it due to our artists often beginning their work as soon as you have placed your order.
- However, should you decide to change your uploaded photo or request a full redo of your artwork, you still can get a new artwork instead of the initial one for a small extra fee.
Add-ons, such as the priority design delivery service, cannot be canceled.
Discount codes are meant for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you choose to cancel the order.
