My Custom order

What is What-A-Doodle?

What-A-Doodle is a sustainable brand for the whole family that turns your photos into One Line Art.

Our prints reduce up to 67% carbon emissions and are made of responsibly sourced wood fiber. Not only that, our work ethics support local communities, enforce sustainable practices, and produce less waste per order!

How does it work?

1. Place Your Order: 
Set your product preferences and upload your photo to be turned to one line art.

2. Preview & Approve Design:
Within 2 to 4 days, check your design by e-mail to give it your approval or to ask for free unlimited revisions.

3. Receive Your Custom Product: 
Within 1 to 3 days, the production is concluded and your custom hoodie, custom sweatshirt or custom poster is shipped to you.

Can I see the design before purchasing it?

Considering our designs are handmade and personalized according to your order, it's impossible to preview it before purchasing. We send an artwork proof so you can approve the design before it gets embroidered or printed.

Note that we allow a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and ship your order.

Can I ask for a revision of the artwork?

Yes! Within 2 to 4 days, your artwork is sent to your e-mail before the embroidery or printing starts, so you can preview the design.

You can ask for free unlimited revisions of the artwork until you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Note that we allow a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and ship your order.

Do you only draw line art of people?

No, we do one line art of pretty much any kind of photo. It can be of one person or the whole family, pets, your vehicles, your favorite landscapes, you name it!

I don't have a photo of everyone together. Can you combine them?

Absolutely! Please, send us pictures of each member and our talented artist will incorporate everyone in one artwork.

Is my photo good enough to use?

If you have any doubt, count on us to help you choose a good photo to be turned to one line art.

We advice to make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is preferable), and taken at eye level (especially if it's a pet). There is no need to be directly looking at the camera.

Does it matter what's in my photo background?

No, don't worry about that as our designers will only focus on the essential parts of the photo.

What are the sizes of the posters?

Both vertical and horizontal orientations of the posters have the same size options:

  • 11x17" (28x43 cm)
  • 18x24" (45x60 cm)
  • 24x36" (60x90 cm)

What size should I buy?

Production & Shipping

What is the estimated production timeframe?

Preview Design:

  • It takes 2 to 4 business days for the customer to receive by e-mail their design for approval.

Embroidery & Printing Process:

  • It takes1 to 3 business days for the production to be completed.

What is the estimated delivery timeframe?

1. SHIPPING TO THE US

  • Custom Hoodies, Custom Sweatshirts, Custom Kids Hoodies: 

Estimated standard delivery time is from 6 to 8 business days.

Express Shipping: 3 to 4 business days (estimated delivery time).

  • Custom Pet Hoodie: 

Estimated delivery time is from 5 to 8 business days.

  • Printed Line Art:

Estimated delivery time is from 5 to 8 days.


2. SHIPPING TO CANADA

Shipping time is dependent not only upon our mail service, but also on the service in your country, therefore we can only give an approximate shipping time which we know from experience.

Are all the products from a single order packed together?

Your products may have to be shipped in separate parcels depending on the items you selected. That's because sometimes we ship things separately due to packaging or production constraints.

In some orders, our products might have to be individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability.

Refund & Cancellation

What is your refund policy?

Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. Check our conditions below.

If our artists have already begun working on your line art, we cannot provide a full refund. The price of the digital design ($30.00) gets deducted and partial refund is offered to you. All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order.

  • If less than 72 hours have passed since What-A-Doodle has sent your design proof to your e-mail and it hasn't been approved by you yet, you can request a partial refund.

  • If your artwork is still being designed by our artists, you can request a partial refund.

If your design has already been approved, production has started, or if it has already been shipped, partial refund cannot be applied.

Add-ons are nonrefundable. These include the "sleeve text" service, the "priority e-mail delivery" service, and the "high-resolution digital copy" service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We cannot fully cancel your order due to our artists often beginning their work as soon as you have placed your order.

  • As their work is personalized and tailored to your preferences, the price of the digital design ($30.00) has to be deducted and partial refund is offered to you.

  • Partial refund cannot be applied if your design has already been approved, and production has started.


Discount codes
are meant for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you choose to cancel the order.

Add-ons cannot be canceled. These include the "sleeve text" service, the "priority e-mail delivery" service, and the "high-resolution digital copy" service.

What to do if my product is damaged?

In case of damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged parts to our Customer Service Team at info@whatadoodle.com and a replacement shall be provided as soon as possible.

Please note that our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. What-A-Doodle cannot offer you any refund or exchange of product, even if damaged, once 30 days have passed since the delivery of your product.

If I already approved the design, can I still get it edited or choose a different photo to be drawn instead?

A charge of $12.00 per new picture shall be applied, as our artists have to start a new handmade drawing from scratch after your previous design approval.
